We approach consumer market research and insight in a number of different ways at BGN – be it through traditional tick-box surveys, one-on-one interviews, open-ended questionnaires or fully-fledged focus groups. Using different types of consumer research is crucial, giving you a litmus against which to test your own internal assumptions. It’s also a useful tool for us to make sure that our brand strategy or design work resonates in the way that we intend it to.
